Ever feel that we have so much more to discover about LGBTQ life on this island city-state but that it’s hidden in the closet, just waiting to be brought into the light?
The Inclusivity Walking Tour is an immersive journey into the past and present of LGBTQ history in Singapore, aimed at enriching one’s understanding of local LGBTQ culture and community and empowering them to discover with pride.
The original tour of its kind, it’s time to unveil a side of Singapore that is rarely seen and was once criminal.
Conducted by a licensed tour guide, this experience will weave in factual and personal stories from various individuals. This tour is open to all – you do not need to identify as LGBTQ to attend. Check out our website for all information, including photos, FAQ and more activities!

ABOUT YOUR GUIDE
Venturing around town with guests is like embarking on a whimsical journey filled with laughter and discovery! Isaac doesn’t just unveil the hidden gems and cherished memories of his beloved city; he eagerly dives into your tales and quirks, weaving a tapestry of new friendships along the way.
His affection for his hometown sparked the idea to become a tour guide, blending his passion with the joy of connecting with others. While he can’t control the weather, he can guarantee an unforgettable experience, brimming with fascinating local LGBTQ+ trivia, and a tantalizing beverage to kick off the evening festivities!

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE
• A tour that takes you through the different periods in the context of local gay history.
• Stories that witness the oppression but also the celebration of LGBTQ rights.
• A curated route that takes you to actual locations (past and present) with visual stimuli to aid these stories.
• Exclusive merchandise items designed specially for the tour.
• An exclusive cocktail, the Pink Sling, specially made for this tour (non-alcoholic alternatives are available).

OTHER INFORMATION
• This tour is conducted in English.
• It is advisable to wear comfortable and relaxed clothing, with comfortable walking shoes.
• In light wet weather, the tour will continue, and it is recommended to carry an umbrella.
• In heavy rain, all guests will be contacted prior for contingency plans.
• Although most of the tour will occur on pavements and alleys, some portions will require road crossings and slight elevations, including stairs. It is recommended that participants are adept for such circumstances.
• The tour crosses the dinner duration. While the final venue will have food available and the tour will have some snacks, if you think you will get peckish, it will be advisable to have a meal prior.

Our tours can be engaged on a corporate scale too. If you have a large group, contact us directly via our website!

I loved how he passed the mic to the group to add their own lived experiences, opinions, and questions to the discussion. It is not an easy topic to cover because of the polemic nature of queer rights and visibility in Singapore, so I think it is brave and important that Isaac brings opportunities for education and discussion through this tour.

Highly recommend this tour when in Singapore. There aren’t many tours like this around the world, and I’m not aware of any others in Asia.

Thank you Isaac for taking us on the Walking Tour of Singapore. Isaac’s style of guiding was very engaging as he was very knowledgeable about LGBTQ history, sharing stories and questions to encourage the group to share their perspectives too! It was a lot of fun and very informative. Highly recommend!
