DESCRIPTION:You may have become very good at seeming reliable\, capable\, and composed. But sometimes being capable becomes a kind of cover \, a way to stay safe\, avoid being seen too clearly\, and hold a decision alone for too long.\n\nA decision.\nA tension.\nA part of yourself that has not had enough space to surface.\n\nThis workshop is for LGBTQ+ professionals and allies who look capable on the outside\, while privately navigating something harder on the inside \, around work\, identity\, belonging\, family\, or the next chapter of life.\n\nMany high-capacity people are skilled at holding things together. They keep performing\, supporting others\, and making things look manageable.\n\nBut sometimes competence becomes camouflage: a way to stay safe\, avoid exposure\, and carry a decision alone for longer than anyone can see.\n\nIn this practical and reflective 90-minute session\, you will be guided to:\n\n— Notice how competence may have become camouflage\n— Name what the capable version of you may be protecting\, in one honest sentence\n— Identify one safe-enough next move without forced disclosure or dramatic action\n\nThere will be private writing\, guided reflection\, and optional sharing.\n\nNo forced vulnerability.\nNo therapy framing.\nNo requirement to disclose personal details.\n\nJust a space to notice what you have been carrying\, and leave with one small step you can actually take.\n\nEarly bird: S$39 until 3 June 2026 \; regular price S$49\n\nFacilitated by: Justin Chen\, Executive Coach
