You do not need to code. You do not need to work in tech. You just need to be curious.\n\n\n\nThis is not a typical AI event. It is a sharing session\, fireside chat\, Q&amp\;A\, and networking night hosted in a queer bar\, bringing together queer builders\, AI enthusiasts\, AI-curious folks\, creatives\, founders\, and allies.\n\n\n\nWho this is for\n\n\n\nThis event is for you if:\n\n\n\n\n\nYou are queer or an ally and curious about AI.\n\n\n\nYou want to use AI but are unsure what to trust.\n\n\n\nYou have an idea\, project\, creative practice\, business\, community initiative\, or side hustle and want to know how AI might help.\n\n\n\nYou are interested in what queer builders are making with AI.\n\n\n\nYou want to meet other AI-curious people in a more relaxed\, social\, less intimidating space.\n\n\n\nNo technical background is required.\n\nWhat we’ll talk about\n\n\n\nWe’ll keep the session accessible\, practical\, and human.\n\n\n\nTogether\, we’ll explore:\n\n\n\n\n\nWhy and how you can trust AIWhat does “trusting AI” actually mean? How do we use AI without falling for hype\, misinformation\, or lazy automation?\n\n\n\nWhat queer builders are building with AIFrom community tools to creative products\, we’ll look at how queer people are using AI to build things that are personal\, useful\, strange\, joyful\, and necessary.\n\n\n\nHow queer builders juggle identity\, work\, creativity\, and riskHow do we build publicly when our identities are complicated? How do we navigate visibility\, safety\, ambition\, and community responsibility?\n\n\n\nHow to start building\, even if you’re not technical AI has made it easier to prototype ideas\, test concepts\, and create tools without needing to be a traditional engineer.\n\n\n\nFeatured builders\n\n\n\n\n\nAzfar AnwarFounder of queerimam.ai\, an AI platform built for queer Muslims navigating faith\, identity\, safety\, and belonging. Azfar works at the intersection of AI\, trust and safety\, policy\, community\, and implementation. He will share how he built queerimam.ai\, what “trust by design” means in practice\, and why queer communities should not be left out of the AI conversation.\n\nDonald PiretA software engineer at Stripe and AI-native builder who has been experimenting with creative AI tools\, including a vibe-coded DJ product.
