SUMMARY:Healing ourselves from our first human system- Relationships at the Dinner Table
DESCRIPTION:Every family system leaves a mark. The roles we learned to play\, the loyalties we carry without knowing it\, the parts of ourselves we hid to belong — these patterns don't disappear when we leave the dinner table. They travel with us.\n\nThis three-hour experiential workshop explores how family lineage and parental relationships shape who we are: our identities\, our ways of relating\, and the dynamics we keep recreating. Drawing from systemic constellations\, Gestalt practice\, and coaching\, this is not a theory-heavy session. It is a lived\, embodied experience.\n\nFor LGBTQ+ people\, the family system carries particular weight. The negotiations around identity\, belonging\, and difference that began long before we had words for them. This workshop makes space to look at those dynamics directly.\n\nYou will engage with your own family system through guided reflection and group constellations\, in both whole-group and small-group formats. You may step in as a representative\, observe systemic patterns in action\, or bring a live theme of your own where it feels right. The session moves between brief framing\, individual reflection\, and collective work.\n\nWe hold a psychologically safe\, boundaried space designed for depth without overwhelm\, balancing intensity with integration\, and always with choice.\n\nYou can expect insight\, emotional movement\, and a clearer sense of where you stand in relation to family\, lineage\, and self. You'll leave with more agency in how you carry your past into the present.\nAbout the facilitators\n\nGabriele and Yen are both ICF-PCC certified coaches and Gestalt Organisational Development practitioners. They bring a grounded\, direct facilitation style attuned to complexity\, diversity\, and the realities of living between systems.
